Sponsorships

Sponsors of WWW2003 will gain visibility for their companies and have the opportunity to meet and interact meaningfully with leading visionaries and technologists. In addition, sponsorship of WWW2003 makes a very public statement of support for critical Web-related research and development, and support of this prestigious conference series.

Conference series attendees are typically drawn from the following sectors: Industry & Research (50%), Education (45%), and Government (5%) and congregate from all areas of the world.

A list of sponsorship items is available and we would happy to work with you to develop a customized sponsorship package that best meets your needs.

In-kind sponsorships, such as providing computer equipment, networking equipment, audio-visual equipment or other items that directly help defray the costs of the conference are also welcome. It is also possible to designate part of your sponsorship to support a particular conference activity and be recognized accordingly.

Exhibits

Organizations wishing to display their latest offerings of Web-related hardware, software, tools and services may do so via a WWW2003 exhibit booth.

Exhibit booth rentals are available for HUF 400 000 + 25% VAT for a 2 m x 3 m booth.

The exhibition area will be on-site in an area immediately adjacent to the meeting rooms. Exhibits will be available for viewing by all registered attendees from Wednesday, 21 May through Friday, 23 May 2003. An Exhibit Only Pass will also be available to the public for Thursday, 22 May and Friday, 23 May 2003.
